Did you know... April is Earth MONTH. Earth Day was first celebrated on April 22, 1970 in San Francisco, California and continues to be observed on that date in over 100 countries. In recent years, April has been declared Earth Month and cities across the country (and world!) show their appreciation and promote protection of our planet through environmental campaigns, conservation contests, community park clean-up days, festivities and much more!
Kimbo is environmentally conscientious and encourages you to be too. To help your little ones appreciate our planet and develop an awareness of recycling and conservation listen to Kimbo's Save the Animals, Save the Earth CD.
Children will wiggle and giggle with Track 11 The Platypus Polka Party and learn about saving the rainforest with Track 3 The Rainforest. Track 9 What Can I Do? will give your child easy-to-understand guidance on what they can do to help save our planet.
Earth Day is the prefect opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy fresh air. Plant a tree, pick up trash or even take a nature hike and help children to be active and healthy while learning to keep our planet healthy too.
Have fun, be silly and remember to reduce, reuse and recycle!
